NorthgateArinso today announced it has been awarded an SAP® Pinnacle Award for its contribution in the area of business process outsourcing (BPO).
SAP Pinnacle Awards are granted to leading SAP partners that have excelled in enhancing the customer experience by teaming with SAP to help customers address critical issues such as accelerating innovation and improving return on investment. Winners were selected based on nominations received from partners and SAP employees. NorthgateArinso received the award at a ceremony held on the eve of SAPPHIRE® Berlin, SAP’s international customer conference being held May 19 – 21.
The SAP Pinnacle Award for BPO recognises leading providers that use SAP technology as the delivery platform for BPO services. NorthgateArinso’s HR and payroll service experts optimise the SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) solution to deliver euHReka, NorthgateArinso's preconfigured HR and payroll outsourcing services platform to more than 50 clients in over 60 countries worldwide.
Over the past five years, NorthgateArinso has continuously invested in building up its HR BPO capabilities, focusing especially on operational excellence, compliance and standardisation, and customer satisfaction.
