NorthgateArinso global BPO services qualify as Powered by SAP
SAP certifies the quality of NorthgateArinso’s worldwide human capital management service delivery network

NorthgateArinso, an SAP® services partner, today announced its business process outsourcing (BPO) services have qualified as “Powered by SAP”. Through NorthgateArinso’s BPO Provider Competence Centre, it is able to deliver human capital management (HCM) solutions to customers worldwide. NorthgateArinso’s service centres across three continents have met rigorous certification standards, through which it has a complete global network for providing HCM BPO services powered by SAP software. NorthgateArinso now has qualified service centres in Spain (Granada), Argentina (Buenos Aires), Atlanta, GA (USA), Katowice (Poland), and Manila (Philippines), delivering to customers high-quality BPO services based on SAP solutions.

With its service centres in EMEA, North America and Asia powered by SAP software, global customers, as well as those in each region, can be confident that NorthgateArinso will provide exceptional HCM BPO services in support of SAP solutions, with consistent service levels around the world. The global designation came into effect in July 2008 and will be renewed every other year. Previously, NorthgateArinso service centres were certified on an individual basis. This announcement marks the first time that NorthgateArinso’s entire service delivery network has been certified. NorthgateArinso has been a part of the “BPO Services Powered by SAP” programme since it began in 2005.

“It is a great accomplishment for NorthgateArinso’s global BPO services to have qualified as powered by SAP software,” said Luc Bossaert, EVP Business Development at NorthgateArinso. “We are confident that we can deliver excellence in human capital management to users of SAP ERP Human Capital Management, in every part of the world, based on our multi-country HR and payroll platform euHReka.”

The “BPO Services Powered by SAP” programme helps BPO providers in the effective and standardised use of current SAP solutions for their service delivery. This reduces the risk often associated with the outsourcing of business processes. It also helps cutting operating and migration costs.

“NorthgateArinso’s services network across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, its technical excellence, depth of understanding of our platform and strong delivery team puts it in a unique position to deliver BPO services based on SAP solutions,” said Eduard Kaussner, Global Head HCM BPO at SAP AG. “This qualification is well-deserved and should be a mark of trust for current and future customers looking to base their human capital management solutions on the SAP platform.”
